For more than twenty years, my work has revolved around people, their stories, ambitions, and the identities they build through their careers.
I am the Co-Founder of MŌDUM, a global executive search consultancy specialising in luxury fashion, fine jewellery, and watches. Through our partnerships across EMEIA, Asia, and the United States, I help brands identify transformative talent and build leadership teams capable of shaping the future of luxury.
Alongside MŌDUM, I founded Profile Reconstruction, a consultancy born from a simple observation: many talented professionals struggle to articulate the true value of their experience. Through Profile Reconstruction, I help individuals redefine their professional narrative, clarify their positioning, and align their career story with their ambitions.
I also teach at the University of the Arts London, where I work with emerging luxury professionals as they develop their voice, values, and understanding of an industry that is constantly evolving.
My academic background in philosophy continues to influence everything I do. It fuels a curiosity about people, leadership, identity, and the meaning we derive from our work.
